  Joe then proceeded by enquiring to what exactly our needs were in a bike. After listening closely He then made spot on recommendations to meet those needs, the two bikes Joe suggested were the two bikes we left the store with. He also assisted with the correct helmet selection and other accessories we enquired about. There were no high pressure tactics and we were made to feel comfortable and valued. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of FANTASTIC.

  Mark went above and beyond in servicing my husband's bike. He could easily rescheduled the service but instead worked back for over two hours just to get the job done. Further the service he completed was exceptional. It is rare to find someone who will do extra work without being asked, hence Mark is highly recommended for anyone wanting a superior bike service. This is the second service that Mark has completed for my husband in the last two years and I expect he will be doing many more in the future.

  The guys at 99 Bikes Capalaba were more than helpful. They explained the service process fully and were very open about the costs that I could expect. When they were unable to resolve the issue the way they first thought they were straight on the phone to talk to me before proceeding. Essentially it was just a customer experience that should be offered by all businesses. Top job guys. Will see you all again next time.
