  No good at servicing Magic Pie (sine wave) motors, based on my experience. Barry completely stuffed up my bike. What should have been a diagnosis and swap for the correct part was completely stuffed up. The bike was noisy, under powered, even the wheel wasn't put in properly afterwards, brake alignment was so bad the disk was barely engaging and was rubbing on the caliper body, etc. It took me around 3 days work to undo all his bad work and repair it. He only refunded the unused parts and still fully charged me for labour! I would not recommend him.

  After typically poor service from a local 99Bikes store, I decided to try Electro Bikes in Woolloongabba. Barry was fantastic to deal with and fixed my eBike (with parts I'd provided him) in a matter of days. He even picked up the bike from my workplace and dropped it off once the repair was done! His attention to detail was fantastic - he even went as far as to adjust my brakes (something that needed doing, but I never mentioned it) & added cable ties to fasten my gear cable to the frame where it had come off. Barry provided exceptional service & I'd have no hesitation in recommending Electro Bikes for eBike repairs. A+ for Barry & the team!
