    Grumpy woman snapped at me when I inquired about flowers for a wedding saying WHEN IS IT!! WE ONLY TALK TO THE BRIDE.

    My fiancee cannot be present because she works the same hours as the florist. She gave me detailed instructions and photos of exactly what she wanted but this woman was too stuck in her ways. Walked out in disgust.
